Century 21 Amerisouth has deliberatley limited our portfolio to single family residential and small multi-family homes.

Property Manager Jordan McDowell began property management in Pensacola in 1988. He is a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Pensacola NARPM chapter. Jordan attends many eduactional events every year to maintain the highest levels of education in his field.

Broker Dan Gullahorn opened the Century 21 Amerisouth Realty franchise in 2004 and has increased sales every year while earning annual awards for customer service. Many of our sales agents have recently recieved awards for exceeding 2 million dollars in annual sales while maintaing an astononishing 90% approval rate.

Dan and Jordan both have owned investment rental properties for many years.

In order to provide the level of service we strive for every day and still maintain a superior customer satisfaction level we leverage the latest in technology.

Our webpage is designed to provide clear, concise information. Our tenants pay their rents online and our owners are paid by direct deposit. Owners can access any document related to their property through a secured owner portal and that includes original copies of paid invoices and all owner statements in chronological order.

What about a simple phone call?  We do that, too. And, sometimes, that is the best way to get business done. We are always near a phone.

The technology is to make our work efficient.

But we didn't earn all those customer service awards by not being focused on the best customer service
