Jordan McDowell Broker Associate

Jordan earned his first real estate license in 1988 and promptly joined ERA Old South Properties, Property Management. In 1991 he joined the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM).

In 2004 he moved to Exit Realty N.F.I. and began to grow that management portfolio while improving quality of service. He remained involved with NARPM and has been a Pensacola Chapter Board Member and President. During this time Jordan began to acquire his own rental properties.

In 2015 Jordan earned a real estate brokers license and joined Broker Dan Gullahorn at Century 21 Amerisouth to build a Property Management Department that will express the ethics, honesty and professional knowledge that Jordan has developed over the years.
